Day 5, 6, 7 and 8

ermm..i crushed my own diet plan ...uwaaaaaaaaaaaa

last thursday i went to gym..so pastu g timbang..the berat is like ada kurang beberapa ratus gram..so i assume im still 59kilos... the day after i left for sibu..theres when the temptations begin..argghhhh...pagi tu before cik want pick me up..i made myself a high protien bekpes..scramble egg, air anlene and roti gardenia yang mo kasi smlm..

setibanya di sibu..my brader fetch me up and ktorg g mkn ,,,time ni iman masih kuat..so i just ate the sayur-sayur and chicken meat..and minum air barley suam...right after lunch we went to my makcik' haus...jeng jeng jeng..disini lah where all my diet..hancus hancus...
starting from friday till today..i ate too much...dahla mlm jummat tu..my niece celebrate besday dia..tau jer la ngan ayam gor and mee gor..arghhh..at least i didnt take sweetened/carbonated drink...... then lepas one round i amik lagi dan lagi..ohh man..im sooo hungry...

the next day pulak adalah kenduri kendara day..aiyak...so i mkn nasi..uwaa siap tambah lagi..the dinner pun i makan nasi..biasalah makan ramai2 syok nyer lain macam..pastu siap minum air nescafe susu..uwaaaaaaaa

kelmarin , sue amik dari apot..then ktorg cari tmpt nak lepak2..the spring penuh boulevard pun penuh..last2 ktorg lepaking kat the bing area stampin..then jeng jeng jeng..i ordered chicken panini and tiramisu ice blended..oh man....tu lum tambah i mengeneng sue's food...uwaaa..

dan tadi..baru jer tadi ni..i makan kat warung 2000..makan nasi with chicken buttered and sayur pucuk manes with pumpkin...uwaaa..sib baik air i order limau suam....

now while typing this entry..im estimating how many kilos i've gained for the past 4 days..uwaa..plg teruk pun mesti naik 1 kilo ni..becos i can feel my spare tyre already..aiyak..have to admit la..my metabolism is getting slower.myb klu org lain..what i take for my lunch bekpes and dinner consider moderate amount for those who have higher metabolism...sob sob

so the advise is..drink more plain water...i tengok ni kat biggest loser's tip...amek banyak air to increase our metabolism rate...patut my tumit cam very dry..i kureng amek air lately...

so today..i hope im not too tired/lazy to go to gym....i need to burn some calories....
