Weight loss challenge begins..

Diet is not a destination..is a journey..hehe...

i've decided to start my weight loss challenge today..saya mau hidup sihat...berat badan aku ni sentiasa naik dan turun..but most of the time dia naik je..tk turun2..dengan ketinggian atau kementotan aku ni...being 60kg its consider overweight...the ideal weight is 50-55kg...

there are many reason kenapa kita nk diet rite..diet means..we eat healthily and in moderate amounts..when its comes to curry..aiyak kenot arr moderate..belum lagi ayam goreng...laksa swak, mee jawa..maggi mee (curry flavour)..nasi nasi nasi....susah ooo..tengok lam biggest loser cam senang jer derang shed off the fat...

so...my plans is..to eat moderately...kang tak makan langsung..lain lak jadi nya...

For the first 2 weeks (14 days)
1. Eat less carbo (nasik, roti, noodle)... klu tahan jangan makan...substitute with rice noodle (mihun) and amek banyak protein...
2. cut off sugar ( but not completely..kang ada yang kong kali kong)
3. no more night time meal.... (sikit2 bole la..ala2 orang kata)
4. Avoid deep fried food (ayam grg, french fries...uwaaa sedapppp)
5. drinks plain water regurlarly
6. makan banyak buah...
7. last but not least...exercise...ni mesti..cos stamina cam org umur 5othn daaa....


itu sahaja..as for today...Day 1

Lunch: Hot lemon tea + mihun tomyam
Tea-break: a spoonful of bubur cha-cha (luckily is not sweet) and a piece of cheesecake (guilty)
